Choose Zen Sleep Map if you want a one-off review of your current sleep pattern and practical next steps to try.
Choose Zen Sleep Support Package if your sleep has been stuck for a while and you want structured support, follow-up and space to review what changes over time.
You don’t need to have it all worked out before you book. Choose the option that feels closest to where you are now.

Because poor sleep is rarely helped by being told to “just relax” or follow the same generic tips you’ve already tried. I help you look at the bigger picture, understand your own pattern, and put realistic changes in place with proper support and follow-up.
This is structured, personalised support. Not fluff. Not faff. Not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

What’s included
If you need further support after the package, additional follow-up sessions can be arranged.
This package is for people whose system won’t properly stand down and who want grounded, practical sleep support.
It may be a good fit if your sleep feels affected by:
It is also for people who are fed up with generic advice and want a clearer, more personalised way to look at what may be going on.
Sessions are available in person from The Zen Within in Newport Pagnell, within easy reach of Milton Keynes, or online if you prefer support from home.
This package is designed to help you make sense of your sleep pattern, look at possible contributing factors, and put practical, personalised support in place.
We look at the bigger picture, not just the obvious basics. That means looking at what may be affecting your sleep, what’s already been tried, what feels realistic in your life, and what is worth focusing on first.
We then track what shifts over time and stay clear about when medical follow-up may be appropriate.
If your symptoms suggest a medical sleep disorder or something needing further assessment, I’ll explain that clearly and encourage onward support where appropriate.
This package does not replace medical care or specialist sleep assessment.
It does not include:

The Zen Sleep Support Package is designed to help you understand your sleep pattern properly, rather than keep guessing your way through another bad night with random tips from the internet.
Across three sessions, we look at what is happening, what may be keeping the pattern stuck, and what realistic changes could actually fit your life.
No pressure to have perfect habits.
No smug sleep hygiene lecture.
No pretending one chamomile tea will undo years of stress, hormones, overthinking, late-night scrolling, or life being relentlessly life-like.
Just structured, personalised support to help you make sense of your sleep and find a steadier way forward.
Understand what is actually happening
We begin with a detailed sleep deep-dive.
Before your first session, you’ll complete a sleep intake form and a 14-day sleep diary. This helps us look beyond “I’m not sleeping” and start spotting the bigger picture.
Together, we explore things like:
This stage is about stepping back from the nightly frustration and starting to understand the pattern.
Because when sleep feels confusing, the first useful step is not another list of rules. It’s working out what your body and brain are actually doing.
Build a realistic plan that fits your actual life
Once we have a clearer picture, we start making practical adjustments.
This is not about handing you a giant list of “perfect sleep habits” and expecting you to magically become a different person by Thursday. We look at what is realistic for you.
That might include:
The focus is on changes that fit your life, your capacity, and your current pattern.
Not ideal-world advice - real-life sleep support.
Review, refine, and know what to do next
The follow-up sessions give us time to review what is changing, what is not, and what needs adjusting.
Sleep rarely improves because someone tells you one clever thing in one session. Humans are apparently more complicated than kettles.
This final stage helps you understand:
By the end of the package, you will have a clearer understanding of your sleep pattern and a personalised way forward.
The aim is not to chase perfect sleep. The aim is to help you stop guessing, understand your pattern, and feel more equipped to support your sleep in real life.
If you’re ready to start making sense of your sleep, you can book either the Zen Sleep Map or the full Zen Sleep Support Package online.
Choose Zen Sleep Map if you want a one-off review session and practical next steps.
Choose Zen Sleep Support Package if you want deeper support across three sessions, with time to review, adjust and anchor changes.
If you’d rather ask a few questions first, that’s absolutely fine too. You’re welcome to get in touch via the website contact form, email, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger to discuss what may suit you best.
No pressure, no awkward sales routine, and no need to have the “right” words worked out beforehand. If it feels like a fit, I’ll let you know. If I think something else would be more appropriate, I’ll be honest about that too.
