What this package is designed to do

This package is designed to help you make sense of your sleep pattern, look at possible contributing factors, and put practical, personalised support in place.


We look at the bigger picture, not just the obvious basics. That means looking at what may be affecting your sleep, what’s already been tried, what feels realistic in your life, and what is worth focusing on first.


We then track what shifts over time and stay clear about when medical follow-up may be appropriate.


If your symptoms suggest a medical sleep disorder or something needing further assessment, I’ll explain that clearly and encourage onward support where appropriate.

What it is not

This package does not replace medical care or specialist sleep assessment.


It does not include:

  • diagnosis of sleep disorders or medical conditions 
  • treatment of sleep disorders 
  • medication advice 
  • emergency or crisis support 
  • formal psychotherapy or mental health treatment 
  • interpreting medical tests 
  • replacing GP or specialist care 
  • formal CBT-I

The Zen Sleep Support Package is designed to help you understand your sleep pattern properly, rather than keep guessing your way through another bad night with random tips from the internet.


Across three sessions, we look at what is happening, what may be keeping the pattern stuck, and what realistic changes could actually fit your life.


No pressure to have perfect habits.

No smug sleep hygiene lecture.

No pretending one chamomile tea will undo years of stress, hormones, overthinking, late-night scrolling, or life being relentlessly life-like.


Just structured, personalised support to help you make sense of your sleep and find a steadier way forward.

Stage 1: Notice

Understand what is actually happening


We begin with a detailed sleep deep-dive.


Before your first session, you’ll complete a sleep intake form and a 14-day sleep diary. This helps us look beyond “I’m not sleeping” and start spotting the bigger picture.


Together, we explore things like:

  • your current sleep pattern
  • what happens before bed
  • night waking or early waking
  • stress, overwhelm, or feeling tired but wired
  • lifestyle, routine, and environment
  • what you’ve already tried
  • anything that may need further support or signposting


This stage is about stepping back from the nightly frustration and starting to understand the pattern.


Because when sleep feels confusing, the first useful step is not another list of rules. It’s working out what your body and brain are actually doing.

Stage 2: Adjust

Build a realistic plan that fits your actual life


Once we have a clearer picture, we start making practical adjustments.


This is not about handing you a giant list of “perfect sleep habits” and expecting you to magically become a different person by Thursday.  We look at what is realistic for you.


That might include:

  • evening wind-down changes
  • morning or daylight anchors
  • stress and nervous-system support
  • what to do after a bad night
  • reducing pressure around sleep
  • small routine shifts that feel manageable
  • simple reset tools you can use when your system feels switched on


The focus is on changes that fit your life, your capacity, and your current pattern.

Stage 3: Anchor

Review, refine, and know what to do next


The follow-up sessions give us time to review what is changing, what is not, and what needs adjusting.


Sleep rarely improves because someone tells you one clever thing in one session. Humans are apparently more complicated than kettles.


This final stage helps you understand:

  • what seems to support your sleep
  • what may still be keeping things unsettled
  • which changes are worth continuing
  • what to do when sleep goes off track again
  • whether further support, including GP or specialist advice, may be appropriate


By the end of the package, you will have a clearer understanding of your sleep pattern and a personalised way forward.


The aim is not to chase perfect sleep.  The aim is to help you stop guessing, understand your pattern, and feel more equipped to support your sleep in real life.
