Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and availability for all of my clients, please take note of our cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice: I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to offer the slot to other clients in need.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. This fee covers the time and resource set aside for your treatment.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at any time up to 24 hours before your session without any penalty. Please contact me as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency, please inform me as soon as possible, and I will do our best to accommodate your situation.
