CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens — I get it. But to keep things fair for everyone and to honour the time I set aside just for you, here’s how my cancellation policy works: 

24-Hour Notice:  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me a chance to offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting. 

Late Cancellations:  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee will apply. This helps cover the time and energy I’ve set aside especially for your session. 

No-Shows:  If you don’t turn up and haven’t been in touch, the full fee will be charged. 

Rescheduling:  Need to move your appointment? No problem — you can reschedule any time with at least 24 hours’ notice and no extra charge. Just drop me a message as soon as you can. 

Emergency Situations:  If something urgent crops up (life’s messy, I get it), please let me know. I’ll always try to accommodate genuine emergencies with understanding and compassion.

Your trust matters. I take your privacy seriously and fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Here’s what that means in simple terms: 

Data Collection:  I only collect the essential information needed to provide your treatments — your name, contact details, and relevant health info. That’s it. 

Data Usage:  I use this information solely to manage your bookings, plan your treatments, and keep clear client records. I’ll never share your data with anyone else unless you give explicit permission. 

Data Security:  I follow secure processes to protect your personal data. Your information is stored safely and only accessed by me.

Your Rights:  You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. If you have any questions or concerns, just ask — I’m happy to help.
