Can’t find what you’re looking for? Feel free to email me at zenreflexologymk@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help.
Wear something comfy that you can relax in — loose-fitting clothes are perfect. You'll just need to remove your shoes and socks, so no need to get undressed. If you're coming from work, don’t worry — I’ve seen it all (including pyjamas and mismatched socks).
Your session takes place in the Zen Den, a calm, low-stimulation treatment space designed to help you settle. You do not need to arrive feeling calm, know what to say, or be “good” at relaxing. Just arrive as you are.
Each treatment starts with a short check-in to see how you’re feeling and what support you might need that day — whether it's help with anxiety, hormone shifts, or sleep issues. You’ll then recline in a cosy chair while I use gentle pressure on reflex points across your feet. Most people feel deeply relaxed, and some even drift off.
Everyone responds differently. Many of my clients from Newport Pagnell and Milton Keynes tell me they feel calmer, lighter, sleep better, or feel more emotionally balanced. Sometimes you might feel tired or a little emotional as your body adjusts. Drinking water and allowing yourself time to rest afterwards really helps.
Reflexology is not a medical treatment, but many clients book when they are dealing with stress, poor sleep, emotional overwhelm, hormonal changes or feeling run down.
Sessions are focused on relaxation, comfort and giving your body and mind space to slow down.
I do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, and I’ll always encourage appropriate medical support where needed.
Not at all — most people find it soothing. I use gentle but purposeful pressure, and I’ll always check in to make sure it feels right for you. If you have ticklish feet or areas of sensitivity, we’ll take it slow.
That really depends on what you’re looking for. Some clients come monthly for regular reset and maintenance. Others book a short series when they want more structured support around sleep, stress load, hormonal changes, fatigue or emotional overwhelm.
I offer a range of session options — we can chat about what’s right for you.
That’s totally normal. You’re in safe hands. My space is calm, friendly, and judgement-free. You don’t need to know anything in advance — just come as you are. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply curious, I’ll help you settle in and reconnect with yourself.
Reflexology is not the same as a general foot massage, although people often search for them together.
A foot massage usually focuses on easing tension in the feet themselves. Reflexology is a focused treatment using reflex points on the feet, with steady pressure and a calm, relaxing pace.
You stay fully clothed, remove shoes and socks, and settle into a reclining chair while I work through the feet.
Many clients find it deeply relaxing, but it is a reflexology treatment rather than a massage service. Yes, your feet are involved. No, it is not just a nice foot rub with better lighting.
I offer sessions in Newport Pagnell, welcoming clients from Milton Keynes and nearby areas.
