Hi, I’m Emma, a fully qualified reflexologist, holistic therapist and member of the Association of Reflexologists, based in Newport Pagnell.
I support adults who are dealing with stress, poor sleep, emotional overload, tension, or that familiar “I’m fine” feeling when your body is quietly suggesting otherwise.
My work is calm, grounded and practical. No fluff, no performance, and no need to arrive perfectly relaxed before you’ve even sat down

This wasn’t always the plan.
I spent years working in logistics: competent, reliable, and completely disconnected from what really mattered.
Then my dad passed away at just 65, and it stopped me in my tracks. I realised how easy it is to drift through life doing what’s expected, while the things that really matter sit quietly on the back burner. That was my turning point.
I started exploring a different path, and reflexology came up in a chat with friends. Truthfully, it seemed like a practical first step. I thought, “How hard can it be? It’s just a foot massage.”
Spoiler: it’s not.
The training was eye-opening: anatomy, physiology, pathology, case studies, and a much deeper understanding of how the body responds to stress, tension and overload. I realised reflexology wasn’t just relaxing foot work. It was grounded, hands-on support for the whole person.
What started as a career shift became the work that finally made sense.
Now, I support people who are tired, stressed, overwhelmed, sleeping badly, or quietly running on fumes while still trying to hold everything together. My work gives you space to pause, settle and feel a little more like yourself again.
Some clients come for stress or poor sleep. Others come because life feels heavy, their body feels tense, or they need an hour where nobody needs anything from them.
My style is calm, intuitive and grounded. No two sessions are the same, because no two people arrive carrying the same load.
I offer reflexology and holistic support from The Zen Within in Newport Pagnell, welcoming clients from Milton Keynes and nearby areas.
No scripts. No one-size-fits-all.
And definitely no fluff.

I trained at Temple Academy, earning my Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, rooted in anatomy, physiology, pathology, practical hands-on skill and detailed case study work. That gave me a solid professional foundation, and I’ve continued to build on it ever since.
Over time, I’ve deepened my understanding of how the body, energy systems, and emotional wellbeing are all connected — so I can offer treatments that support the whole of you.
I’m a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), which means I work to professional standards, continue my development, and follow a code of ethics. In short: calm, grounded care, but properly trained and professionally held.
No scripts. No tick-box routines. Every session is shaped around how you arrive on the day.
You might come in stressed, tired, wired, tense, quiet, emotional, or simply needing an hour where nobody needs anything from you.
My approach is calm, practical and grounded. I may blend reflexology with breath support, grounding, crystals or Reiki where appropriate, but the focus is always the same: helping you settle, pause, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels realistic for your life.
Not sure what’s right for you? Most new clients start with Reset Reflexology.
