The Zen Within offers complementary wellbeing support through reflexology, Still Point, Zen Sleep Support, and related holistic therapies. This section explains the boundaries of the support offered, including when medical advice, GP support, or specialist care may be appropriate.
Payment is made by bank transfer and is due no later than 48 hours before your appointment.
If payment has not been received by this time, your appointment may be cancelled and the space offered to another client.
If you need help, or would prefer to discuss an alternative payment arrangement, please get in touch before your appointment.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible by phone, email or message.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged at the full session fee.
This policy helps protect appointment time, as late cancellations are difficult to refill at short notice.

If you book online, by phone, email or message, your booking may be classed as a distance booking.
You may have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking. If your appointment or package begins within that 14-day period, you will be asked to confirm that you are happy for the service to begin before the cooling-off period ends.
If a service has already taken place, or a package has already begun, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the support already provided.

These sessions are designed to support relaxation, rest, body awareness, sleep routines and general wellbeing. They do not replace medical care, diagnosis, treatment, counselling, psychotherapy, emergency support or specialist advice.
