About Me
Since 2019, I've been guiding clients towards guiding clients towards a deeper understanding of their bodies and the transformative potential of Reflexology and a range of holistic therapies. I'm always learning and evolving to integrate new therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important to deliver the best treatments for my clients.
Training
Trained by the Temple Academy, I hold a level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. The course allowed me to gain an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, pathology and physiology complemented by extensive practical experience and case studies. This comprehensive and focused training has provided me with the solid foundation on which to further develop my skills as a Reflexologist.

I am dedicated to advancing my expertise in Reflexology to provide personalised treatments for my clients. I’ve studied a range of modalities and am always adding to my professional knowledge. Here's a glimpse into my ongoing development;
